1. Who we are

Intellyft ("Intellyft", "we", "us" or "our") is a custom software development and IT consulting company based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, providing web development, mobile app development, AI development and IT consulting services to clients in India and internationally.

For the purposes of data protection law, Intellyft is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. Where we build or operate software on behalf of a client, we typically act as a data processor for personal data held in that client's systems, and the client's own privacy policy governs that data.

You can reach us about any privacy matter at projects@intellyft.com.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you give us

When you submit our contact form, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number, including the country dialling code you select
  • The project type you choose (Web App, Mobile App, AI Tool, or Not sure yet)
  • The project details you write in the message field

We also collect any other information you choose to send us by email, on a call, or in documents you share with us during a project enquiry or engagement.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information (such as government identifiers, financial account numbers, or health information) through the contact form. It is not designed for that purpose.

2.2 Information collected automatically

When you browse the website, we and our analytics providers automatically receive:

  • Device and browser information — browser type and version, operating system, screen size, and language settings
  • Usage information — pages viewed, time on page, scroll depth, which buttons and links you click, which FAQ questions you open, and which country code you select in the contact form
  • Approximate location — derived from your IP address at city or region level, not precise GPS location
  • Referral information — the site, search engine or advertisement that brought you here, including advertising click identifiers such as gclid
  • IP address — used briefly by our server to apply rate limiting and to prevent abuse of the contact form. We do not store IP addresses in a permanent log for marketing purposes.

2.3 Anti-spam measures

Our contact form contains a hidden field that is invisible to people but often filled in by automated bots. If that field is completed, we silently discard the submission. We also limit the number of submissions accepted from a single IP address within a short window.

3. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to understand how the site is used and to measure the performance of our advertising. The main ones are:

TechnologyProviderPurpose
Google Analytics 4 Google Measures how visitors find and use the site, which pages and services attract interest, and how many enquiries the site generates.
Google Tag Manager Google Manages the tags listed here. It does not itself set cookies for tracking you, but it loads the tools that do.
Google Ads conversion tracking Google Tells us when an advertisement led to a contact form submission, so we can measure and improve our advertising.
Google Fonts Google Delivers the typefaces used on this site. Loading them sends your IP address to Google's servers.

These tools may set cookies in your browser and may combine information across sites where Google services are present. You can learn how Google uses data from partner sites at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Your choices

  • Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking cookies will not stop you using this website.
  • You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
  • You can manage personalised advertising in your Google Ad Settings.
  • We honour browser-level privacy signals where our providers support them.

4. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to your enquiry — read your message, reply within 24 hours, and send you a confirmation email acknowledging your submission
  • Prepare a proposal — scope your project and send you a plan, timeline and estimate
  • Deliver our services — communicate with you and provide the work you have engaged us for
  • Improve the website — understand which content and services are useful so we can make the site better
  • Measure our advertising — understand which campaigns generate genuine enquiries
  • Protect the site — detect and prevent spam, abuse and fraudulent submissions
  • Meet legal obligations — comply with applicable law, including tax and accounting rules

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing.

Legal bases (for visitors in the EEA and UK)

  • Legitimate interests — responding to enquiries, running and securing our website, and understanding how our services are received
  • Performance of a contract — delivering services you have engaged us for, or taking steps at your request before entering a contract
  • Consent — analytics and advertising cookies where your local law requires consent. You may withdraw consent at any time
  • Legal obligation — where we must retain records to comply with the law

5. Who we share information with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate, and only as far as they need it:

  • Email and hosting providers — to deliver the enquiry to our team, send you a confirmation, and host this website
  • Google — for analytics, tag management and advertising measurement, as described in section 3
  • Professional advisers — such as accountants or lawyers, where necessary
  • Authorities — where we are required to disclose information by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights
  • A successor entity — if Intellyft is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you of any change in how your information is handled

6. International data transfers

We are based in India and our service providers may process data in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. This means your information may be transferred outside the country where you live, to places whose data protection laws differ from your own.

Where we transfer personal data out of the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, together with our providers' own transfer mechanisms.

7. How long we keep information

  • Enquiries that do not become projects — kept for up to 24 months, so we have context if you come back to us, then deleted
  • Client records — kept for the duration of our engagement and for as long afterwards as is needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes
  • Analytics data — retained according to our Google Analytics configuration, currently up to 14 months at event level
  • Rate-limiting records — held in memory only and discarded within minutes

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
  • Delete your personal information
  • Object to or restrict certain processing, including direct marketing
  • Portability — receive your information in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent
  • Complain to your data protection authority

India (DPDP Act, 2023). If you are in India, you may access, correct, complete, update and erase your personal data, nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity, and raise a grievance with us. We will respond to grievances within the period required by law.

EEA and UK (GDPR). You may exercise the rights above and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

California (CCPA/CPRA). You may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, request deletion or correction, and opt out of "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not sell personal information, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

To exercise any right, email projects@intellyft.com with the details of your request. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

9. How we protect information

We serve this website over HTTPS, transmit contact form submissions over encrypted connections, restrict access to enquiry data to the people who need it, and apply rate limiting and spam filtering to the form.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities where the law requires it.

10. Children's privacy

This website and our services are intended for businesses and professional users. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-party links

Our website may link to other websites, including our social media profiles and third-party tools. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing them with any information.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services, technology or legal obligations change. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to bring them to your attention. Please review this page periodically.
